GE RPWFE Replacement Refrigerator Water Filter

Installed nicely and buying in bulk cuts the price down reasonably and automatically mails out when your refrigerator sensor says it's time for replacement.

I don’t know why I see so many complaining reviews of the price. They obviously haven’t tried to purchase a filter recently from GE because theirs are $20 more than these and are the same exactly thing, so this is a steal! If you don’t want to buy a filter for your fridge then get you an old fridge and buy Brita filter if you’re so unhappy with spending $100 a year for clean water for your family. I was a bit concerned that it wouldn’t have the little sticker on the back that the fridge requires in order to work, but no worries it worked just like my $65 filter I bought directly from GE that I will NEVER DO AGAIN after finding this gem.

Yes this filter is genuine and easy to install, However, it’s supposed to last 6 months, it only lasts about 4 months before I get the “replace filter” message on my refrigerator. It’s expensive to have to replace this filter every 4 months. If I would have known that the filter for my refrigerator was so expensive I would have went with a different model refrigerator that had a cheaper filter option.

Seems to be legit. Expensive but it is what it is.

Somewhat expensive but is recommended for my frig. It works well, so I won't complain.
